Please Read Carefully!!!
Allow at least a weeks notice for all orders. However, during peak seasons please allow more notice. Rush orders MAY result in an extra “rush fee” which may vary in price according to the order.
Late Pick-ups
Next, All late pick-ups will be charged a $5 late fee for every 15 minutes the pick up is late!!! This fee may be waived if proper communication is given to Moon Child Sweets, but is at our discretion. We don’t want to waste your time; so please don’t waste ours!!!
50% Non-Refundable Retainer Fee
(Please Read Carefully)
Finally, all orders require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee! This retainer fee is due upon placing your order and confirming all details. This retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE!!! Please ensure that your order is exactly as you want it before confirming and paying your retainer fee. The balance is due per your invoice. The retainer fee will always be 50% of the total balance!

Rush Orders
Orders placed less than 7 days before their pick-up date need to be paid IN FULL IMMEDIATELY and will receive an automatic rush fee.
Payments
Please make sure to pay by the dates outlined in your invoice, or the order will not be filled. Any refunds made will be minus Square processing fees.
YOUR DATE IS ONLY LOCKED IN ONCE A MINIMUM OF YOUR RETAINER FEE IS PAID! Please make sure your order is PAID IN FULL 7 DAYS PRIOR TO PICK-UP (if applicable). Orders not paid within that time frame will be CANCELED WITHOUT NOTICE.
Pre-Sale Orders
PRE-SALE ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL WITHIN 72 HOURS OF THE INVOICE BEING SENT, OR YOUR INVOICE WILL BE CANCELED WITH NO NOTICE. You will receive THREE reminder emails for payment if payment is not made immediately. If not paid after the THIRD reminder, your invoice will be automatically CANCELED. An automatic reinstatement fee will be assessed if the invoice needs to be recreated after the Cancellation.
COLORS
Colors will be matched to the best of my ability. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT COLORS WILL BE A 100% MATCH.
Damages
ANY RENTED ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED BROKEN OR DAMAGED WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR REPLACEMENT AND/OR REPAIR.
Pick-Ups
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT LATE PICK-UPS CAN AND WILL RESULT IN LATE PICK-UP FEES!!! (look on site for details)
PLEASE COME UP THE DRIVEWAY AND PICK UP FROM THE REAR ENTRANCE (RING THE DOOR BELL).
The address will be on your invoice.
